The best thing about being a physiotherapist is being able to help people regain their physical wellbeing. It is so satisfying to see people reach their goals.  Goal setting is an important part of physiotherapy practice and

I believe I can help you reach your goals.

I believe in having a positive attitude to life.

I am passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and personally see the benefits that physical activity can provide to a post-natal body and mind.

I have three children. An eight year old son; seven year old daughter and a 3-year old little girl. Life is busy! I can appreciate how hard it is to find time to prioritise your own health and well-being when raising a young family. However, it is proven that making the time to improve our physical wellbeing directly improves our emotional and mental wellbeing.

I have enjoyed being a physiotherapist for the last 15-years. I have spent the last eight years training exclusively in women’s health physiotherapy working in private practice in Auckland. My ongoing education is focused on Womens Health and Pelvic Floor physiotherapy.

Pre and Post-natally, I can can assist with pelvic pain, strength and conditioning and preparation for birth, and the post-natal period. I also work with women and men with incontinence issues.
