I am passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and personally see the benefits that physical activity can provide to a post-natal body and mind.
I have three young children. A six year old son; five year old daughter and a ten-month old little girl. Life is busy! I can appreciate how hard it is to find time to prioritise your own health and well-being when raising a young family. However, it is proven that making the time to improve our physical wellbeing directly improves our emotional and mental wellbeing.
I have enjoyed being a physiotherapist for the last 11-years. I have spent the last five years training exclusively in women’s health physiotherapy working in private practice in Auckland. My ongoing education is focused on Womens Health and Pelvic Floor physiotherapy.
Pre and Post-natally, I can can assist with pelvic pain, strength and conditioning and preparation for birth, and the post-natal period. I also work with women and men with incontinence issues.
